a box of rare, historic apple varieties for eating, cooking, and storage delivered every other week to a site near you

HOW IT WORKS

Each fall we visit local orchards—including our own—to harvest the most rare, delicious varieties available and share them with our 175+ CSA members.

The CSA (community-supported agriculture) is a concept that pre-sells a share of the harvest to provide working capital to farms early in the season when they need it most. Come harvest time, we curate the most interesting selection of apples we can find, many of which aren’t available elsewhere.

We deliver every other week from early Sept to early Nov, with +/- 12 lbs of apples in each distribution (typically 4-6 varieties). Each delivery will be different and include a mix of eating and cooking apples.

ADDITIONAL OPPORTUNITIES

Storage apples: Beyond the CSA proper, we also sell boxes of storage varieties at the end of the season. $40 per x 15 lb box. Many of the best heirloom apples are “keepers” and we encourage folks with a cool place in their home to eat apples well into the winter. Let us know when you sign up if you’d like to add storage apples, and how many boxes.
